One of the Biggest Ceramics Festivals in the World
“International Ceramics Festival Mino, Japan” is one of the world’s biggest ceramics festivals, held every three years since 1986 in Tajimi, Mizunami, Toki, and Kani, the leading ceramic production areas in Japan. Under the main theme of “International Exchange of Earth and Flames,” the festival aims to further develop the ceramics industry and elevate culture through international exchange of ceramics design and culture. The main event, the “The International Ceramics Exhibition Mino, Japan”, is an internationally recognized ceramics competition that brings together ceramic works from countries and regions around the world. In addition, many other events closely related to the ceramic industry, region, and culture of the four cities will be held so that visitors can fully experience and enjoy the history, charm, and local climate of Mino-yaki.
