In the dim'08 project, a local Mino ceramics maker and a trading company together nominate a designer from amongst the prize winners of the Ceramics Design category of the 7th International Ceramics Competition Mino. The three parties then work together to develop a new product that promotes the design strengths and originality of Mino-ware ceramics, both within Japan and throughout the world.
During the competition, the results will be announced and exhibited at the competition hall, and sales of the product will also be available.
