Toru Enomoto(Japan)
Born in 1946, Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Graduated with a master’s degree from Art Laboratory Department of Graduate School of Tokyo Education University in 1978. Started to work at the Yamaguchi Prefectural Art Museum from 1979, and served as the Vice-Director from1996. He has been working as the Director of Museum of Modern Ceramic Art, Gifu from 2002. |

Kobe Kato(Japan)
Soon after graduating from Kyoto City Art College in 1968, he started working as a ceramist. Received many awards from various exhibitions including the Asahi Ceramic Arts Exhibition, the Chuniti International Ceramic Arts Exhibition, the Japan Fine Arts Exhibition, the New Technical Arts of Japan Exhibition. He received the honor of becoming the 7th successor of the name “Kobe Kato” in 1995. Since 1997, he has been serving as the president of Mino Ceramics Association and leading younger ceramists. He has been serving as the President of Mino Ceramics Association, Councilor and Judge of the Japan Fine Arts Exhibition, Director of the New Technical Artists Association of Japan, Director of the Ichinokura Sakazuki Art Museum. |

Nobuyoshi Araki (Japan)
Born in 1940, Minowa, Tokyo. Published approximately 280 photography books including: “The Story of Tokyo”, “TOKYO NUDE”, “The First Year of Heisei”, “Sentimental Journey: Winter Journey”, “Tokyo Lucky Hall”, “Sky Scenes, Close-up”, “Festival of Angels”, “After the World War”, “EROTOSU”, “The 20 Volume Photo Collection of Nobuyoshi Araki”, “Floral Music”, “Eros of Married Women”, “The Photos of Shi-Jo-Gi”, “End of the Century Photos”, “The Japanese Face”, “Tokyo Summer Story”, and “Painting Flowers”. Held numerous exhibitions both in Japan and foreign countries. |

Arne Åse (Norway)
A member of IAC. Born in Norway in 1940. Graduated from National College of Art, Bergen in 1965. From 1966, he taught at National College of Art and Design, Oslo. He participated in establishing the Norway Craft Union in early seventies. Served as a professor of Ceramic Art Department at National College of Art, Bergen from 1986 to 1987. Since 1987 he has been working as a professor in the Ceramic Art Department at National College of Art and Design, Oslo. |

Enrique Mestre (Spain)
In 1936, born in Valencia, where the tradition of Manises, Spanish old kiln, still remains. After finishing Manises Ceramic Art School, he graduated from Valencia Fine Art University in 1972. He received the Grand Prix Award at Manises Ceramic Art Exhibition in 1967, and the Gold Award at Munich Ceramic Art Exhibition in 1976. From the 1980s, he started to construct the architecturally formative area design and developed his dynamically productive activity. He took part in many selected exhibitions including World Ceramic Expo in Korea in 2001.
He serves as the Secretary-General of IAC in Spain. |

Sang-Ho, Shin(Korea)
Sang-Ho, Shin was born in 1947 in Seoul, Korea. He graduated from Hong-Ik University, Korea in 1973, and earned his master’s degree in ceramics at the graduate school in Hong-Ik University, in 1975. He has been a professor at Hong-Ik University in ceramics department since 1981 until now. During this time, he was appointed as the dean of the art college from 1998 to 2003, and currently, he is the dean of the graduate school for Industrial Art at Hong-Ik University and is a member of the advisory committee for the World Ceramics Exposition Foundation. |

Jun Kaneko (U.S.A)
In 1942 Jun Kaneko was born in Nagoya, Japan where he studied painting during his high school years. He came to the United States in 1963 to continue those studies at Chouinard Institute of Art when his focus was drawn to sculptural ceramics. Jun established his third and current studio in Omaha, Nebraska in 1990. While working primarily there. His prolific roster of work appears in numerous international solo and group exhibitions annually. His work is included in more than forty museums collections and he has realized over twenty-five of public art commissions around the world. |
