I am so moved by this creation of the artist because of the memories that it brings back to me.
The abstract form on the plates are aesthetically sensitive and emotional. I can see sceneries of mountains, water, cloud and I can imagine myself being in Kyoto, Hangzhou (杭州), Huangshan (黄山), Bali, the Silk Road and Sahara Desert - all the beautiful and magic of nature right in front of me.
I believe as a chef, one will have a lot of creative ideas and fun to display the food in a most distinctive manner. I could not wait to see those beautiful plates on my dining table with the food I like, to creative another memory that I will treasure!
