This exhibition introduces Hineno Sakuzo (1907- 1984 ), known as a pioneer in ceramic design. After the World War II , Hineno visited Mino, Aichi, Mie, and Shiga, and contributed to the spread of design and education in the ceramic industry of Japan. This exhibition traces the life of Hineno Sakuzo through his works and materials, and reconsiders his activities 40 years after his death.
