The 9th Advanced Ceramics Course Ceramics Exhibition (SENKOUKA)

Advanced Ceramic Course is a two-year course specializing in ceramics for high school graduatesand above, and is located in Gifu Prefectural Tajimi Technical High School. The course is designed to learn and acquire knowledge and skills related to pottery from the basics. The course also provides an opportunity for students to present their work in order to gain a broader perspective on the world of pottery and to find their own path forward.
In 2012, we launched the Advanced Ceramics Course Ceramics Exhibition to provide a place for students who have completed their studies to present their works together, to be inspired by each other’s approach to production, and to learn and work hard together in order to make further progress. We invite you to view the diverse group of ceramic works created by students in the Advanced Ceramics Course who took on the challenge of making ceramics.
