n Kani City, there are several kiln sites (old kiln sites) that are about 400 years old. Kizeto, Setoguro, Shino, and Oribe, etc. were fired there. These are collectively called Mino-Momoyama-Tou. People who love and explore this Mino-Momoyama-Tou and people who want to create new Momoyama get together and, in 2011, Kani Ceramic Art Association was established. Each day, each member keeps Momoyama in his or her mind and encourages each other in creating pottery. Please enjoy the exhibition of works by 17 members of the Kani Ceramic Art Association.
