He was born in Tokyo in 1977, lives in Kyoto. After he received master’s degree in graduate school of Media And Governance of Keio University, he worked at Nokia Corporation, TOSHIBA CORPORTATION, TOKYO GALLARY +BTAP, and ART iT. And he founded FEC in 2007.
He deals with planning exhibitions of modern art and crafts, coordination of interaction projects, production support of artists and research on modern art of East Asia.
After he became an executive director of Art Fair Tokyo from 2011, and an art director of Art Beijing from 2016, currently he is a program director of Art Collaboration Kyoto (ACK) which is a new style art fair held at Kyoto International Conference Center from 2021 while being in the doctoral course of Science of Art, graduate school of arts at Kyoto City University of Arts. He is a part-time teacher of Kyoto University of Art & Design, and Kyoto City University of Arts.
